Booking conditions

Date and venue

Enquire by email or telephone. The enquiry form helps you prepare an email with your event details, which you then send in your email app. We confirm the date by email or telephone once the essential booking details are agreed. We then coordinate delivery, collection, the photo layout and requested add-ons. Contact person, access, setup area and power supply are agreed before the event. An enquiry alone is not a binding booking.

Delivery, setup and collection

Photo booth packages include delivery within 25 km as specified in the offer. Costs for longer distances are stated before booking. Setup, dismantling and collection times are agreed individually. We deliver the photo booths in person and collect them after the event.

We also deliver the audio guestbook in person and collect it after the event. The delivery location, dates and any travel costs are agreed in the offer before the contract is concluded.

Invoice and payment

You receive the invoice for your photo booth after collection. The payment period specified on the invoice is between 7 and 14 days after receipt.

Security deposit

A deposit is charged only if its specific amount and due date were agreed in the offer before the contract was concluded. After return and inspection it is refunded unless justified claims exist. Any deductions are explained and any unused balance is refunded.

Safe use

Equipment must be operated in a dry and stable location. Do not place drinks or other liquids on equipment. Please follow the instructions and report faults instead of opening or repairing equipment yourself. Damage and interruptions are governed by law and the general terms.

Results and AI add-on

Download delivery, access and availability are agreed before the event. Please save the supplied files within the communicated availability period. This website does not accept guest recordings or generate AI portraits in the browser.

The advertised add-on includes 100 AI images for approximately €99.00 including 19% VAT. The binding price and how the agreed images are counted are confirmed in the offer. Results can be taken home digitally or as prints. The agreed printing scope is specified in the offer.
