Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sascha Mannel, Photobooth Germany, Wolfsschlucht 25, 34117 Kassel, Germany, telephone: +49 177 7379590, email: buchung@photoboothgermany.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Starting services and special contract types

Merely starting a service does not extinguish the right of withdrawal. For paid services it expires early only under the statutory conditions, in particular after full performance, your prior express agreement to an early start, and your acknowledgment that the right is lost upon full performance. An enquiry does not contain these declarations.

We do not generally exclude withdrawal merely because an event has a fixed date. If a separately agreed service is legally classified as digital content or an exempt leisure service, the applicable information is provided separately before the contract is concluded. This notice does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
