Every package includes a custom photo layout. We agree your logo, colours and event title with you so the pictures match your company event and work as a personal keepsake. Tell us about additional branding requirements early; the exact scope is set out in your quote.
Instant prints or fully digital.
Smart from €499 and High-End from €899 offer professional 10 × 15 cm prints and digital photos. Eco from €149 is the digital alternative without a printer. All packages include props, a custom layout, setup and takedown. Prices include 19% VAT.
Agree the details before the event.
For a suitable quote, send your date, venue and preferred package. Guest numbers, setup access times and venue requirements also help. We arrange delivery with you directly. Photo booth delivery within 25 km of Kassel is free; longer distances are agreed individually.
AI portraits as an optional extra.
If you want to offer another picture experience, ask about AI portraits. The entry option is 100 AI images for approximately €99. Styles, integration and final price are confirmed in your quote. This extra is agreed separately, including guest information and any consent required for the event setup.

Is the booth suitable for a Christmas party?
Yes. Summer parties, Christmas parties and team events are suitable occasions. We agree the photo layout and setup with you.
Is a dedicated on-site operator included?
Setup and takedown are included. If you need additional support, describe your requirements in the enquiry. A dedicated on-site operator is not included by default.
Can we also enquire about photography and film?
Yes. You can separately enquire about professional photography or film through Sascha Mannel – Visual Branding.
